Refund Eligibility

At NuviaMind, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

1-Day Refund Window

You can request a full refund within 1 day of subscribing to any paid plan (Plus or Premium).

After the 1-day period, all subscription payments are non-refundable. This policy allows you to try our premium features risk-free while ensuring fair usage of our services.

How to Request a Refund

Since NuviaMind subscriptions are processed through app stores, refund requests must be submitted directly through the platform where you made your purchase:

Apple App Store

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your NuviaMind subscription purchase
  4. Select "Request a refund"
  5. Choose your reason and submit the request

Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours.

Google Play Store

  1. Go to Google Play subscriptions
  2. Find your NuviaMind subscription
  3. Select "Cancel subscription"
  4. Choose "Request a refund"
  5. Follow the prompts to submit your request

Google Play typically processes refund requests within 24-48 hours.

While we cannot process refunds directly (as payments go through app stores), we can help guide you through the process and provide any necessary documentation.

Refund Processing Time

Refund processing times depend on your app store and payment method:

  • Apple App Store: 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Google Play Store: 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Credit/Debit Cards: May take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Usually processed within 24-48 hours

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is approved and processed:

  • Your premium subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • You'll lose access to Plus or Premium features
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan
  • All your data (journal entries, mood tracking, etc.) will be preserved
  • You can resubscribe at any time if you change your mind

Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Requests made more than 1 day after subscription purchase
  • Subscriptions that have been used extensively (determined by app store policies)
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
  • Technical issues that can be resolved through customer support

Subscription Cancellation vs. Refunds

It's important to understand the difference:

Cancellation

  • • Stops future billing
  • • Keep access until period ends
  • • No money back
  • • Can resubscribe anytime

Refund

  • • Money returned
  • • Immediate loss of premium access
  • • Must be within 1 days
  • • Can resubscribe later

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for:

  • Unused portions of subscription periods
  • Downgrading from Premium to Plus plans
  • Temporary service interruptions
  • Changes in personal circumstances

All refunds are processed as full refunds for the most recent subscription payment only.

Dispute Resolution

If your refund request is denied by the app store and you believe it was in error:

  1. Contact us at support@nuviamind.com with your case details
  2. We'll review your situation and provide additional documentation if needed
  3. You can appeal the decision directly with your app store
  4. As a last resort, you may contact your credit card company for a chargeback
